Hello everyone!
Here is a very fun active listening lesson for you. It's called "Hoedown" by Aaron Copland, my favorite composer. (A composer is someone who writes music.) Enjoy! If you want to send a video of yourself or your family doing the movements, feel free - not required though!

Sammy's Echo Songs

Listen and watch the instruments of the orchestra play Peter and the Wolf. Feel free to draw the characters, or make stick puppets to help tell the story. (Parents, the Disney Animation version told by David Bowie can also be found on Youtube but I think the wolf is scary, so check it out BEFORE you use it for the little ones.)
